We are looking for FEMALE SUPPORT STAFF who are genuine in their desire to help others live their best life, people who are enthusiastic, can work independently and in a team for the DOUBLE BAY area. We are looking for staff who are able to work Monday and Tuesday (essential) shifts as well as additional shifts if desired.

In providing support to people with intellectual/physical disabilities tasks will include:
- Personal care, including hygiene needs,
- Medication administration,
- Manual handling,
- Use of hoist, shower chair, wheelchair,
- General domestic duties,
- Preparing meals,
- Driving residents to appointments, day programs and outings,
- Support with assistive technology, and
- Social support.
Essential requirements:
For an applicant to be considered for the role, you must have the following:
· Certificate III in disability or Youth Work (or similar) or working towards,
· Experience working with young people with challenging behaviours.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal,
· Excellent time management skills,
· A smart phone,
· Good computer skills,
· A current First Aid Certificate issued within last 3 years,
· CPR certificate issued within last 12 months,
· A current FULL NSW driver's license,
- Willingness to travel to different locations,
· Valid Working With Childrens Check
· 2 contactable references,
· Eligible to work in Australia.
· Must have a NDIS Worker Screening Check
