About Us
At Bread Social, we’re known for our commitment to crafting high-quality baked goods and savoury items using the finest Australian-sourced and locally grown produce. We’re now looking for a talented Production Chef to join our team at Tweed Heads — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a genuine passion for quality food.
The Role
This role centres around large-batch production, where consistency, efficiency, and creativity are key. Think prepping and cooking premium ingredients for our savoury range — sandwiches, pies, sausage rolls, and more — with an artisan approach to every batch, rather than a la carte plating.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in organised, production-style kitchens, and is passionate about great food & flavours.
