in Australian native tube stock for revegetation. Wallum Nurseries Pty Ltd seeks to be

Wallum Nurseries Pty Ltd is currently seeking a Maintenance/Nursery Hand. We are looking
for a motivated team player with previous experience in maintenance. Ideally the applicant
should pose a good knowledge and experience in the field of pumps and irrigation, general
mechanics, building repair and maintenance. The role can be physically demanding at times.
The role involves:
- Maintaining irrigation systems and pumps
- General maintenance of the nursery
- Mechanical repairs and maintenance of nursery equipment
- Delivery of plants
- General nursery duties which include packing, weeding, growing maintenance,
cleaning and dumping.
- Working in a team environment
O verview of Responsibilities Previous experience in the nursery industry or like industry
Mechanically minded
- A self-driven, motivated, enthusiastic, friendly and energetic
- Enjoys working in the outdoors in a variety of different environmental conditions
- Willing to learn and grow with the company
- Manual driver’s license
The Rol e
Wallum Nurseries Pty Ltd is a wholesale nursery based in Gumdale Brisbane. Hours of
operation are Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm.The is some flexibility with hours and days.
