The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth across CATTO Security by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing contracts across key sectors including retail, residential, commercial, and government.
This role is responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, securing new partnership opportunities across multiple sectors, branding and representation of CATTO Security through networking, professional engagement, and participation in company media and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Lead Generation: Drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities across retail, council, and residential sectors
- Tender & Proposal Management: Manage end-to-end tender submissions including opportunity identification, pricing, documentation, and submission
- Company Media Participation: Participate in company videos including corporate value presentations, campaign promotions, and brand content
- Client Presentations & Pitches: Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and client pitches
- Corporate Representation: Represent CATTO Security at meetings, site visits, and networking events
- Brand Development & Positioning: Support the branding and positioning of CATTO Security as a leading security provider
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (security industry experience highly regarded)
- Experience with government or council tenders is highly desirable
- Confident and professional when representing the company at meetings, networking events, and client engagements
