Who We Are Looking For
We are currently seeking a creative Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in B2B marketing, brand management, and market strategy development. The ideal candidate holds at least bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution and brings over 5 years of progressive marketing experience within largescale industrial or construction enterprises. Experience in managing marketing functions for complex B2B supply chains, including market research, brand promotion, customer relationship management, and performance optimization—is highly valued. A data‑driven mindset, excellent cross‑cultural communication skills (English and Mandarin), and the ability to adapt marketing strategies to support wholesale and distribution businesses are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns to promote Tyre Nation’s tyre portfolio (passenger, SUV, light truck) across Australia, targeting independent tyre retailers, franchise networks, and automotive service providers.
Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, and industry‑specific online platforms, to generate qualified leads, enhance brand visibility among trade buyers, and support the company’s online wholesale ordering platform.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, including tyre retailers, automotive chains, and fleet operators, to drive co‑marketing opportunities, referral programmes, and long‑term customer loyalty.
Plan and implement trade‑focused marketing events (industry exhibitions, product launches, dealer workshops, and customer appreciation events) to strengthen brand presence and capture new business opportunities.
Oversee content creation for B2B audiences, including product catalogues, technical specifications, case studies, email newsletters, and social media content, ensuring brand consistency and clear value communication.
Conduct in‑depth market research and competitive analysis within the Australian tyre and automotive aftermarket industry, monitoring pricing trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional plans.
Track and analyze marketing performance using digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media insights), measuring lead conversion, customer acquisition costs, and ROI, and continuously optimizing marketing spend and channel mix.
Collaborate closely with the sales team and supply chain operations to align marketing activities with inventory levels, seasonal demand fluctuations, and new product arrivals, ensuring seamless support for business growth.
Skills & Experience
A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/management from Reputable Universities – preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing, brand communications, and business development, with a strong emphasis on B2B environments, market research, strategic planning, and client relationship management. Proven experience in large state‑owned enterprises or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
Solid track record in developing and executing marketing plans, managing product portfolios, pricing strategies, and multi‑channel promotions to drive business growth.
Demonstrated expertise in brand promotion, maintaining brand consistency, and strengthening market positioning through targeted communication strategies.
Experience in customer relationship marketing, including retention strategies, loyalty programmes, and precision marketing initiatives.
Strong analytical capabilities with hands‑on experience in evaluating marketing performance using KPIs, ROI analysis, and data‑driven optimization.
Excellent cross‑cultural communication skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
