About the Role
As Head of Transformation (2-year, fixed term), you will lead the organisation’s end-to-end transformation agenda, shaping a future-focused digital, clinical and operational roadmap that drives strategic priorities, improves service outcomes and strengthens organisational performance.
You will oversee transformation initiatives from business case development through to delivery and benefits realisation, including governance, planning, vendor engagement and implementation.
In this role, you will drive enterprise-wide change across digital, operational and practice domains, focusing on process improvement, standardisation and modern ways of working to enhance efficiency, scalability, user experience, client journey and data-informed decision-making.
You will also embed strong change and transformation capability across the organisation, building adoption and engagement while fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration that delivers lasting impact.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience leading complex, organisation-wide transformation and technology implementation initiatives.
- Project/program management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, Agile) are highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of organisational and IT governance frameworks, cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management practices.
- Proven experience engaging and influencing staff and stakeholders, developing strong and constructive relationships and partnerships, and creating a shared vision that builds direction, alignment and purpose. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
