As a Project Coordinator, your key responsibilities include:

Coordinate and monitor delivery of multiple complex projects and workstreams across the CoE.

Design, develop, and continuously improve integrated project schedules, governance artefacts, and tracking systems

Apply analytical skills to identify risks, interdependencies, and delivery issues, and recommend mitigation strategies.

Lead the development and standardisation of governance frameworks, reporting templates, and project artefacts across the CoE.

Prepare high-quality, strategic reports analysing project performance, risks, and trends for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Act as a key liaison point between project teams, executives, and external stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

Build and maintain effective relationships across business units and partner organisations.

Coordinate operational activities of the CoE, including planning workflows, priorities, and resource coordination.

Support procurement and financial tracking activities, including contributing to planning and monitoring expenditure.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with demonstrated experience providing advice in project coordination, governance, or program delivery.
Qualifications required for the role:

Degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
