Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, industry leaders, and influencers across target markets.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to suit operational and commercial requirements
- Provide post-sale support to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring high-quality, personalised service and anticipating client needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Brand Representation & Market Research
- Serve as an ambassador for the company’s brand and values in the Queensland market.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and competitive landscapes in Queensland.
- Identify and report industry trends and emerging opportunities that expand the business’ service offering
- Assess potential sectors for growth.
- Provide market intelligence to support and inform senior team members, including market analysis, competitor analysis and service analysis
- Analyse customer needs, industry dynamics, and potential partner opportunities to strategically position the company in high-growth markets.
- Contribute to developing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies aimed at enhancing the company’s visibility and reputation.
Strategic Planning & Business Strategy Development
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Work closely with senior leadership to define key targets, set goals, and achieve revenue growth in line with company targets.
- Design long-term strategic initiatives for new product offerings, markets, and partnerships
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive sales process by creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing new business.
- Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded by identifying new customers, cross-selling, and upselling services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline progress, and market trends
- Analyse and evaluate the success of business development activities to identify areas of improvement and optimize future efforts.
