In this role, you'll:
Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to project teams and senior executives to ensure the smooth planning, delivery and monitoring of transport innovation initiatives.
Maintain accurate project documentation, track schedules and milestones, prepare reports, and support financial processes to improve project efficiency and compliance.
Coordinate stakeholder communications, meetings and events while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across a dynamic project environment.
This is a permanent and onsite role and will be located at the Bowenfels works depot

About you
You have experience providing administrative or project support in structured environments, with a solid understanding of project management processes, documentation standards and scheduling tools.
You are highly organised with strong time-management skills, able to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines and deliver accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced setting.
You communicate clearly and professionally, supporting stakeholder coordination, preparing documentation, and liaising confidently with team members and senior executives while escalating issues when needed.
