About the Role
Support the Nurse Unit Manager to lead a high-performing nursing team and deliver safe, consistent care in a complex health setting.
- Lead care and support team practice
- Coordinate staffing, rosters and leave
- Drive practice change and quality
- Support performance, resources and supplies
About You
We’re looking for a confident registered nurse who brings sound clinical practice, strong communication and a collaborative approach to team leadership.
- Hold current nursing registration with the NMBA
- Bring acute and chronic nursing practice experience
- Demonstrate staff supervision and clinical support skills
- Apply sound judgement, problem solving and conflict skills
- Understand nursing standards, legislation and quality systems
