Overview:
CSL Australia is currently looking for a permanent full time Cook to join our vessel Osprey, on a roster schedule 6 weeks on and 6 weeks off. This vessel operates in Southen Australia and tansports limestone. Reporting to the Master, the Cook is responsible for the provision of meals and the adequacy and cleanliness of the galley and provisions storage spaces.

How will you contribute to our success?:
- Ensuring that all accommodation spaces are clean;
-
Ensuring that meals are provided for all onboard and that variety is with recommended alternatives suitable for a healthy diet;

Ensuring policies and procedures described in the SQS manuals pertinent to their area are followed;

Sending all orders to the Master;

Ordering victualling provisions and for the placement of orders for marine stores while remaining within vessel budget.

Basic Requirements

Minimum Educational Requirements: AMSA Certificate of Proficiency as a Marine Cook;

MSIC Card (required)

Current AMSA Medical (required)

Certificate of Safety Training (desirable)

Australian Citizen or hold a valid Australian working visa without working restrictions

Be comfortable wearing a respirator while on deck.
