About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll be more than a carer you’ll be a trusted companion, supporting older people to stay connected, active, and independent in their own homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support

Assisting with daily living activities and meal preparation
-
Supporting medication reminders and personal care
-
Helping with light household tasks
-
Accompanying clients to appointments and community outings

A caring and empathetic nature

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in aged care (Certificate III in Individual Support preferred)

Confidence working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
Multilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply especially those fluent in Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Greek, or Tagalog.
Requirements
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a fully insured vehicle

Current First Aid and CPR certificates

National Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Proof of eligibility to work in Australia

Smartphone for use with rostering app
