West Coast Auto Smash Repairs are looking for a full-time administrator / estimator
We are a family-owned employer looking for someone to join our team to help in running a smash repair shop in Geraldton.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Greeting customers and parts suppliers
Answering phones and directing calls
Data entry
Booking in customers
Filing
Sorting and organising parts for our jobs
Quoting of damaged vehicles
The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for our customers. It is important that the applicant is welcoming, friendly and can work well in a fast-paced environment.
If you are process driven, self-motivated, good with time management and can prioritise your workload this is the position for you.
Experience of working within the motor trade and, or personal interest in motor vehicles is highly recommended.
