Your new role
In your new role as Service Advisor at CMI Toyota Cheltenham, you’ll be responsible for:
- Being the welcoming face of CMI’s Service Department in-person and over the phone
- Coordinating service bookings and managing customer expectations
- Liaising with technicians and service teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing
- Keeping customers informed and supported throughout their service journey
Most importantly, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers by working closely with your team and other departments.

About you
You don’t have to come from the automotive industry, in fact many of our best people haven’t! What we’re seeking is someone who has:
- Demonstrated experience in mechanical or customer service positions
- Experience in the automotive industry (or a strong interest in it)
- Confident communication style with a professional, customer-first approach
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working as part of a team
- A sense of tech-savviness with an ability to quickly learn new systems
- Possession of a current driver’s license (essential)
