Tijuanas in Manly is seeking an experienced and charismatic Restaurant Manager to lead our team at a lively South American Bar & restaurant.
We prioritise guest experience and a fun, energetic atmosphere, and we are looking for a manager who shares our passion for fun and great service.
Responsibilities:

Maintaining the cleanliness, ambience and organization of the venue.

Lead staff training and development programs

Deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards

Collaborate with the kitchen staff, bartenders, and servers to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and labour expenses

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, bonus points for South American experience

Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Strong business acumen with experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control

Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure

Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Valid work rights in Australia

RSA Certificate

Fluent in English
