Casual Cleaner Required – Property Management Company (Brisbane)
We are seeking a reliable, experienced and self-motivated cleaner to join our property management team.
This is an ongoing casual position with approximately 9.5 hours of work per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as our portfolio grows.
Locations
- Redland Bay – 4 hours per week
- New Farm – 4 hours per week
- Chermside – 1 hour per week
- Office cleaning in Wynnum – 30 minutes per week
Applicants must be willing to travel between locations.
Pay
- $40 to $50.00 per hour (depending on experience and reliability)
- ABN contractors or casual employees will be considered.
Duties
- General cleaning of common areas in residential apartment complexes
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Cleaning entryways, stairwells and hallways
- Cleaning windows and glass doors where required
- Wiping down handrails and common touch points
- Emptying bins
- Office cleaning (small office)
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues noticed while cleaning
Essential Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience
- High attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Own cleaning equipment and products preferred (or discuss during interview)
