Join Bolton Clarke’s Strategy & Innovation Hub and work directly with executive leaders to shape the future of aged care. In this high-impact role, you'll identify opportunities, solve complex challenges and mobilise strategic and innovation initiatives that drive growth, sustainability and improved care outcomes for Australians.
Responsibilities include:
- Support delivery of group strategy through analysis, insights and recommendations.
- Identify and shape innovation opportunities, partnerships and emerging solutions.
- Mobilise strategic initiatives across teams, stakeholders and business areas.
- Prepare executive-ready reporting, updates and decision-making materials.
- Track initiative progress, risks, benefits and key dependencies.
- Strengthen team capability through tools, frameworks and ways of working.
About you
You are a strategic, commercially minded problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning ideas, insights and opportunities into practical outcomes.
To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:
Strong experience in strategy, innovation or transformation.
Confident analysing complex problems and shaping recommendations.
Skilled in business cases, financial analysis and benefits tracking.
Comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
Able to lead initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Clear, concise communicator with strong executive writing skills.
