Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily IT service delivery, client support, and technical workflow coordination
- Coordinate with technical teams, clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Monitor service tickets, response times, service standards, and performance reports
- Support digital infrastructure projects, system updates, and operational improvements
- Assist with service planning, issue resolution, documentation, and process improvement
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure service activities follow company procedures, quality standards, and operational requirements
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in IT service delivery, digital infrastructure, technology support, managed services, or business systems
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with technical teams, service desks, infrastructure support, or client-facing IT services is an advantage

Pay: $95,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
