The Role: Production Super Star!
This amazing position - working as a Production team member in our Melbourne store will play a pivotal role in efficiently creating and packaging beautiful gifts for our customers, ensuring our customers receive the most exceptional gifting experience.
Working under the guidance of our Melbourne Store Manager, you will work collaboratively in a team across all our sections including Blooms, Hampers, Fruit and/or Packing.
Christmas is fast approaching, we're looking for new casual team members to join now, learn the ropes and start gifting with us.
Production Team Members will be responsible for:
- Creating our range of gifts as per our product designs and guidelines
- Packing and dispatching gifts
- Assisting with stock management
- Assisting with daily store operations including production, dispatch, cleaning and maintenance
- And most importantly, sharing our mission of Giving Joy.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Flexible casual availability throughout November for training & induction
- Fixed/Flexible availability in December for the Christmas rush
- Positive attitude and solution focused in their approach to work
- Confident team player & enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
- Problem solving skills & goal orientated
- Loves attention to detail, even to the smallest details
- Experienced in working in a fast-paced work environment such as Hospitality/Retail
- Candidates with Floristry experience will be a plus!

- Casual hours between Monday – Saturday – ranging from 15-30 hours or more per week during peak periods
