As an Administration Officer you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of our Toowoomba Residence.
This is a part-time role with a lot of flexibility. You will be required to work 50 hours per fortnight starting 6.00 AM.
St Vincent's Care Services Toowoomba (historically known as Lourdes Home for the Aged) features peaceful landscaped gardens and offers a range of comfortable accommodation options.

Things that work for us:
Experience in a similar role
Experience in managing HR systems (knowledge in UKG and Workday desirable)
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical skills in all areas of Administration and IT support highly regarded
Prioritise tasks, forward plan and utilise time effectively
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
