Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain responsive and high-performance web applications
- Translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and efficient code
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Implement best practices in security, performance, and accessibility
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of front-end architecture and development practices
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of programming fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
- Experience building responsive and dynamic web applications
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a secure, compliance-driven environment
Desirable Skills
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or React
- Understanding of state management libraries (Vuex, Redux, or similar)
- Knowledge of front-end build tools
- Awareness of web security principles
- Experience working in government or enterprise-scale environments
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG compliance)
Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
