We’re looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Account Manager to join our Sales and Sponsorship team on a full-time basis, located at Caulfield Racecourse.
This role is all about building strong relationships, delivering standout customer experiences and helping our valued partners get the most out of their MRC journey. You’ll manage a portfolio of commercial partners, hospitality customers and corporate accounts across sponsorship, premium experiences, dining, hospitality and non-race day events.
You’ll play a key role in strengthening partnerships, uncovering growth opportunities and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

In The Saddle

Build and maintain strong relationships with our commercial partners, hospitality customers and corporate clients
- Be the go-to contact for account enquiries, partnership needs and day-to-day support
- Help retain and grow accounts through proactive relationship management, renewals and identifying new opportunities
- Coordinate the delivery of partnership benefits, customer experiences and commercial commitments
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations and renewal documentation
- Help bring race day, hospitality and non-race day experiences to life alongside our Events, Marketing and Customer teams
- Keep account details, CRM records, reporting and contract information accurate and up to date
Your Track Record

Qualifications in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Events or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Experience in account management, customer service, partnerships, hospitality, events or a similar commercial environment
- A proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Experience within the sport, racing, entertainment, hospitality or major events industries highly regarded

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a natural ability to connect with people
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving forward
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and great attention to detail
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of customer retention and revenue growth
- Confidence working with different teams and stakeholders to get results
