We're excited to welcome an Administration Officer to our team.
The Administration Officer, NUM Support (NSO) provides a high level of confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Nurse Unit Manager for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication on a daily basis and externally with various departments and agencies. This position operates with a high degree of independence in performing the duties of the position whilst maintaining open channels of communication.

This position requires you to adhere to National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and the Sunshine Coast Health Safe Care Framework, which has been developed in collaboration with staff, consumers and key stakeholders to enable our vision of health and wellbeing through person-centred care.
Provide high quality confidential administration and secretarial support to the Nurse Unit Managers.
Manage the day to day administration requirements of the (work unit) to achieve administrative compliancy by providing specific support to the Nurse Unit Managers.
Maintain mandatory documentation for filing, archiving and storage in line with the State Archiving regulations.
Remuneration value up to $50 292 p.a, comprising salary rates $39.98 - $44.46 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (Part time position available, 38 hrs p.f.).
