About the role
This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Aquatic Programs including but not limited to instructor/teacher management, class supervision, program efficiency and customer service delivery.
In this role you will:
- Supervision of the PAC Aquatic Programs ensuring high quality delivery
- Instructing as required
- Customer service excellence
- Teacher training and professional development
- Program promotion within the community

We are offering a 21 hour part time term contract, for up to 12 months, with a competitive remuneration package f rom $82,692.71 (pro-rata) plu s 12% superannuation.

About you
The successful candidate is someone who brings:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Swim School Supervision and minimum 3 years’ experience in qualified Swim Teaching.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in an aquatic or fitness environment
- Knowledge of leisure facility software
- Experience in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
Demonstrated ability to accurately handle and reconcile payment transaction
