Salary: Starting from A$68,000 per annum (Full-Time)
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance development.
- Support rostering and labour cost management.
- Monitor restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Assist with stock ordering, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Step into the Restaurant Manager role when required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a hospitality leadership role (Supervisor or Assistant Manager preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Full Australian working rights.
