What You’ll Do:
· Develop and execute strategic fleet plans that support the organisation’s broader goals.
· Manage the entire fleet lifecycle, including procurement, maintenance, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
· Identify and implement initiatives to improve fleet efficiency and minimise operating costs.
· Champion sustainability efforts by driving the adoption of electric and hybrid vehicles.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key external stakeholders, including suppliers and government bodies.
· Provide strategic leadership and mentoring to ensure team performance and continuous professional growth.
· Oversee fleet budgets and use performance data to support informed, strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate should have:
· Proven experience (1-2 years) in fleet management
· Qualification in business or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
· Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
· Exceptional analytical skills, able to interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions.
· Offering outstanding customer service and you consider the entire customer experience.
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Knowledge of computer skills and inventory management tools
· Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
