Real opportunity to make an impact in a growing, purpose-driven organisation.
-
Professional development support — we invest in your growth.
What You’ll Do:
-
Own and drive the month-end and year-end close process, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
-
Reconcile and review general ledger balance sheet accounts with accuracy and a sharp eye for detail.
-
Maintain the fixed asset register and property lease register (AASB 16).
-
Support preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
-
Complete regulatory reporting including BAS, GST, ABS, and FBT preparation.
-
Support audit preparation and respond to auditor requests in a timely manner.
-
Liaise with Centre Directors and support office teams on financial queries.

Sound knowledge of Australian accounting standards (AASB) and taxation obligations (GST, BAS, FBT).
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ideally exposure to Prolease or Weel.
-
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing month-end priorities calmly and effectively.
