Costa's Procurement team plays an important role in supporting our operations by partnering with suppliers and stakeholders across the business to ensure goods and services are sourced efficiently, responsibly and commercially. From supporting farms and production facilities to enabling corporate functions, procurement helps create value and drive business performance across Costa. Working across a national business, the team supports sourcing decisions and supplier relationships that help Costa deliver fresh produce to customers across Australia and beyond.
We are seeking a motivated graduate to join Costa's Procurement team based in Docklands, Melbourne. This is a permanent full-time graduate opportunity where you'll combine structured development with practical experience across procurement, supplier management, commercial analysis, logistics planning, supply chain systems and business improvement projects.
Working alongside experienced procurement professionals and business leaders, you'll contribute to sourcing initiatives, commercial projects and business improvement programs while developing the skills, relationships and experience needed to build a long-term career within Costa.
About this position:
As a graduate within Costa's Procurement team, you'll work across procurement, supplier engagement and practical supply chain activities that support operations across the business.
Procurement is about much more than purchasing goods and services. It involves building supplier partnerships, analysing information, solving complex business challenges and helping teams make informed commercial decisions that deliver value.
