What You’ll Be Doing
- Merchandising stock and helping photograph and list products for online sale
- Assisting customers with buying, selling and short-term lending
- Learning to assess items and discuss their value with customers
- Maintaining a clean, polished retail floor and displays
- Hitting personal and store sales targets
- Accurately handling cash, stock and customer records
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience
- Confidence building rapport, asking questions and negotiating outcomes
- A professional approach and strong attention to detail
- Comfort working towards individual and store targets
- Confidence using computers and accurately handling cash and stock
- Reliability and availability to work rostered shifts, including weekends
Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, second-hand goods or pawnbroking would be an advantage, but it isn't essential.
We'll provide full training to help you succeed.
