As our Employer Sponsored Migration practice continues to expand, we are seeking an accomplished Senior Registered Migration Agent (MARN Holder) with proven expertise in employer-sponsored migration to join our Melbourne CBD office.
This is more than a case management role—it is an opportunity to become a trusted technical advisor to Australian businesses, mentor emerging migration professionals, and contribute to the growth of a high-performing migration practice.
About the Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Branch Director, you will take ownership of a sophisticated portfolio of employer-sponsored migration matters while providing technical leadership across the migration team.
Working closely with Australian employers, HR professionals and skilled migrants, you will deliver commercially sound migration strategies, ensure legislative compliance and support the continued development of junior Migration Agents and Case Associates.

Your Responsibilities
Technical Migration Advisory
You will independently manage complex employer-sponsored migration matters, including:

Skills in Demand (SID) Visa Program
- Employer Nomination Scheme (Subclass 186)
- Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Subclass 494)
- Labour Agreement applications
- Designated Area Migration Agreements (DAMA)
- Standard Business Sponsorship applications
- Employer Nomination applications
- Permanent residency pathways
- Employer compliance and strategic workforce planning
Corporate Client Management
You will:

Provide strategic migration advice to Australian businesses.
- Develop tailored migration pathways aligned to workforce planning objectives.
- Conduct detailed eligibility assessments and risk analysis.
- Prepare high-quality legal submissions and decision-ready applications.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
Leadership & Mentoring
You will:

Mentor Registered Migration Agents, Case Managers and Case Associates.
- Review complex migration applications prior to lodgement.
- Lead technical discussions and legislative updates.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice development.
- Support continuous improvement across migration operations.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
You will:

Ensure all matters comply with the Migration Act, Migration Regulations and professional obligations.
- Maintain exceptional documentation and file management standards.
- Monitor legislative and policy developments.
- Participate in internal quality assurance and compliance reviews.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics and professional conduct.
About You
You are an experienced migration professional who combines strong technical capability with commercial awareness and a genuine passion for helping Australian businesses secure global talent.
Essential Requirements
Current Registered Migration Agent (MARN)
Minimum three (3) years' recent experience specialising in Employer Sponsored Migration
Demonstrated expertise managing:

- Labour Agreements
- Standard Business Sponsorship
- Employer Nomination Applications
Strong working knowledge of Australian migration legislation and policy.
Ability to independently manage complex migration matters from consultation through to visa outcome.
Highly Regarded

Corporate migration consulting experience.
- Experience working directly with HR teams and Australian employers.
- Strong legal drafting and submission writing skills.
- Team leadership or mentoring experience.
- Existing corporate client relationships.
- Business development capability.

Remuneration

Salary Package

$80,000 – $1,00,000 + Superannuation (depending on experience)
