MediPharm Medical Practice is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse with solid experience in general practice to join our dynamic and growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse who values teamwork, patient care, and professional growth.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced nurse who can confidently manage a range of clinical duties and support our doctors in delivering high-quality primary healthcare services. You’ll be working in a modern, fully equipped medical centre alongside a dedicated team of GPs, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Iron Infusions safely and efficiently.
- Conduct Health Assessments and Chronic Disease Management Plans.
- Administer Immunisations for both adults and children.
- Assist in minor procedures and wound management.
- Coordinate patient recalls, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Support accreditation, infection control, Cold Chain Management and clinical compliance processes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Maintain RACGP Standards requirements up to date.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a General Practice or Primary Care setting.
- Proficient in Best Practice or similar clinical software (preferred).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- Commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
