The Role – Lead Educator
As a Lead Educator at Harmony, you will inspire and guide your team while creating an environment where both children and educators thrive.
You will:

Lead your room with purpose, creating meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence and connection

Design intentional, play-rich environments that encourage exploration, creativity and a love of learning

Champion children’s rights, voices and identities, recognising childhood as a unique and important stage of life

Build strong partnerships with families, recognising them as children’s first and most influential teachers
-
Support and mentor your team to deliver high-quality practice aligned with national early childhood principles
-
Promote a culture of reflection, collaboration and continuous improvement
The Role – Educator
As an Educator at Harmony, you will play an important role in creating nurturing environments where children feel safe, valued and inspired to learn.

About You:
You bring heart, curiosity, and a genuine passion for early learning. You are committed to creating meaningful experiences where children feel confident, capable, and supported.
You also have:

A Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently studying).

Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion.

A commitment to child and cultural safety.

An understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.
-
A collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to make a positive difference.
