As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Venue Manager to lead our flagship Southbank venue and another Venue Manager for our upcoming Mitcham venue.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by people, performance, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
As Venue Manager, you'll take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the venue, leading from the front while building a high-performing team and driving business success.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Managers and staff.
- Creating a positive, high-performance culture where people love coming to work.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.
- Managing the venue's Profit & Loss (P&L) and achieving financial targets.
- Driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities.
- Managing labour costs, wage budgets and productivity.
- Ensuring food quality, service standards and venue presentation are consistently exceptional.
- Recruiting, training and developing future hospitality leaders.
- Working closely with the Operations team to continually improve systems and performance.
