About the role
We are seeking a casual Chef to join our Production Kitchen team. If you’re qualified and have experience with food preparation, we want you to help us create great meals for our events and venues.

In our kitchen, there’s always excitement, whether it's cooking on the grill or putting together beautiful plates of food.
As a Chef, your role isn’t just about cooking. You'll be part of a creative team, helping to come up with new recipes, dishes, and ways to prepare food.
About you:
This is a hands-on operational role, where you will be required to work alongside teams to deliver exceptional experiences. In addition, you will need to have the following experience and skills:
- Food handling and preparation, knife skills and dishwashing experience in a similar operation.
- Boardroom, café, restaurant or hotel kitchen experience.
- Understanding of healthy food products and processes, dietary and religious preferences.
- Experience in stock ordering.
- High standard of professional service and personal presentation.
- Possess excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
