Qualifications & experience
- Making Sushi roll and Japanese hot food experience
- Making Nigiri & Sashimi , Platters
- Basic Japanese cooking skill
- At least 3 years cooking experience in Asian cuisine
Tasks & responsibilities
- Making Sushi, Sashimi, Platter, Cooking hot dish.
- Maintain structure in the kitchen and HACCP standard
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
