Dishwashers – Fraternity Club
The Fraternity Club is one of the Illawarra’s most iconic hospitality venues, offering a diverse and vibrant dining experience across multiple outlets.
With our busiest season fast approaching, we are looking for reliable, energetic and hardworking Dishwashers to join our Functions Department and help support our team during busy functions and events.
This position involves working shifts across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays, with additional hours available during busy periods. Casual and part-time employment options are available.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Washing and cleaning crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment
- Operating commercial dishwashing equipment
- Keeping the dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and tidy
- Assisting with occasional kitchen duties as required, including basic food preparation, plating up dishes and other general kitchen tasks
- Working with the kitchen and functions teams to ensure smooth service
- Following workplace health, safety and hygiene procedures

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hospitality or dishwashing experience is advantageous but not essential – training will be provided

Pay: $26.44 – $46.27 per hour
