We're looking for a motivated and curious Business Process Analyst to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience analysing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
You'll be supported by experienced leaders while developing valuable skills in business analysis, process mapping, problem-solving, and change management.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based onsite at our Blackwoods office in Macquarie Park, NSW.
Your Day-to-Day:

Support business innovation initiatives across Blackwoods, driving data quality improvements across the business

Conduct data and process analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement

Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and initiatives

Assist with the implementation and embedding of improvements to support with the future state

Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve business objectives
