We’re building fast — and we’re looking for a hands-on, operations-first finance professional to help us scale.
This is not a traditional finance role. You’ll sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and compliance, helping our leadership team run smoother, move faster, and stay audit-ready as we grow.

What you'll do:

Finance Ops

Support monthly close, reporting, and budgeting

Track spend, manage invoices, and support forecasting

Keep our financial data clean, accurate, and scalable

Business & Executive Operations
-
Coordinate cross-team initiatives and delivery timelines
-
Improve internal workflows and documentation
-
Build dashboards and operational reporting
-
Act as an execution partner across finance, ops, and engineering
- Security & Compliance (DISP, ISO 27001 + SOC 2)

Support the Chief Security Officer with day-to-day compliance workflows using Vanta
- Coordinate evidence collection and internal controls

Support audits and security readiness
Who you are:

3-5 years experience in finance ops, business ops, consulting, or startup roles
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with ambiguity
- Organized, detail-driven, and execution-focused

Strong Excel skills and systems mindset

Bonus points for experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2 or Vanta

Must be eligible for an Australian security clearance
