The Meat & Wine Co is expanding, with an exciting new restaurant opening on Collins Street in July 2026.
We’re now looking for passionate and experienced Wine Attendants to join our opening Front of House team and help deliver the premium dining experience The Meat & Wine Co is known for. This is a full time salaried position.
Working closely with the restaurant leadership team, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional beverage service, enhancing the guest experience through your wine knowledge, and supporting the team in driving premium beverage sales within a fast-paced premium dining environment.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a premium restaurant or wine-focused venue
- Strong wine, spirit and beverage knowledge
- Passion for premium hospitality and guest experience
- Confidence in recommending, upselling and pairing wines and beverages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently within a high-volume environment
- Excellent presentation and attention to detail
- Current RSA Certificate
- Availability across a 7-day rotating roster
