A high-performing, premium café in Castle Hill is seeking an experienced Venue Manager.
Operating 7 days per week, we have built strong systems, developed a highly capable barista team, established a solid kitchen operation, and created a loyal customer base.
As ownership transitions into its next phase of growth, we are seeking a true operator to take full ownership of the venue and continue elevating performance to the highest standard.
This is not a shift manager role. We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner — proactive, accountable, and committed to maintaining excellence across every aspect of the business.
