The opportunity
Our Capital Works section is looking for an experienced Contracts and Project Administrator for the Civil Projects & Road Maintenance Council Contract (RMCC) Team. We want a proactive administrator with civil construction or asset maintenance experience to support our project delivery. In this role, you will manage contract and procurement administration, streamline processes, and make independent decisions that drive great project results.
You will coordinate project documentation in line with risk systems, legislation, and industry standards. Drawing on your background, you will establish clear document control systems, manage purchasing with stakeholders, and track costs to keep civil projects on budget. If you are a solutions-focused team player who values process improvement and customer engagement, you will thrive in our supportive team.
- This is a permanent opportunity – working full-time, 35 hours / week + access to a flexible working arrangement
- Base Salary Range: $76,165 - $89,528 pa based on 35 hours / week + 12% superannuation + $2,562 retention allowance
- You will be working from PSC Administration Building, Raymond Terrace

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or demonstrated experience
- Sound understanding of the project management principles and how they are applied in the civil construction environment
- Effective computer skills, including a strong ability in the use of the Microsoft Office
