- Has consistent availability across mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
- Loves connecting with people and building genuine relationships.
- Brings positive energy and makes every member feel seen, encouraged, and capable.
- Can motivate a room while creating a welcoming environment for all fitness levels.
- Is passionate about helping people achieve goals they never thought possible.
Essential Requirements
✅ Certificate III minimum in Fitness
✅ Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
✅ Comfortable jumping into the occasional post-workout selfie
✅ A cheerleader at heart, with the confidence to coach with purpose and accountability
✅ Knowledge of injury management and safe exercise practices
✅ Able to provide progressions and regressions for every fitness level
✅ High-energy, enthusiastic, and passionate about changing lives through fitness
