We are seeking two passionate community development professionals to join our team and support community-led youth development across Central Australia.
CAYLUS works alongside remote Aboriginal communities to respond to volatile substance use, fill gaps in youth programs, and support communities to design and deliver locally led programs that build connection, skills, culture and opportunities for young people.
We are looking for creative, resilient and adaptable people who enjoy building strong relationships, working collaboratively and finding practical solutions in remote communities.

Coordinator Community and Youth Development
Both roles can be based in Alice Springs or remotely within Central Australia, with fully subsidised accomodation available for remote based positions.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
