About the Role
As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will provide financial support for Fiveight’s property division and group reporting. The Senior Financial Accountant is responsible for the review and consolidation of monthly management reporting in addition to financial and taxation compliance requirements.
The Senior Financial Accountant will support all aspects of financial operations including:

Reporting & Analysis: Review and consolidation of monthly financial reporting for Fiveight entities including balance sheet, profit and loss and internal management reports including year end statutory accounts.

Tax & Compliance: Manage tax compliance processes including GST, FBT and income tax.

Leadership: Lead and develop a team of two providing guidance and mentorship with strong levels of engagement and collaboration across the business.

Generating Ideas: Supporting the development and implementation of new finance systems, process and governance improvements
About You

You are CA or CPA qualified with a strong skillset in financial reporting including group consolidation with a strong attention to detail. Experience in the property sector highly desirable.

You are a proactive and solutions driven professional who continually looks for ways to improve financial processes and drive efficiency.

You exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively stakeholders at all levels of the business.
