· Renewals and growth: Lead partner renewal conversations and collaborate with the Brand Management team to grow existing partnerships.
· Contract management: Own the contractual process for new and renewing partners, liaising with Legal, Finance, and Sales Enablement through to execution.
· Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with Integrated Marketing and Brand Management teams during pitching, proposal development, and partnership handover.
· Reporting and admin: Maintain sales pipeline reports, sales presentations, and partnership cost analyses, reporting regularly to leadership.
· Representation: Represent Live Nation in partner meetings at all levels, including C-suite, as well as industry events and conferences.
· Leadership: Coach and mentor junior staff, while championing Live Nation's culture and strategic priorities.
What you’ll bring:
· Proven sales track record: A strong history of closing deals with top tier brands and delivering high value partnerships, ideally across entertainment or sports.
· Industry knowledge: Solid understanding of the partnerships landscape across Australia and/or New Zealand.
· Established networks: Existing commercial relationships and contacts across a range of client categories.
· Commercial acumen: Sharp instincts for spotting business opportunities and turning them into revenue.
· Negotiation skills: Confident, persuasive, and an active listener with strong consultative ability.
· Organisational strength: Excellent prioritisation skills with a proactive, thorough approach to deadlines.
· Collaborative mindset: A team player who builds positive relationships across departments and with external partners.
· Professional integrity: High standards, attention to detail, and a flexible, can do attitude.
The Benefits:
· A vibrant, music-focused workplace fostering creativity and collaboration.
· Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
· A flexible approach to when and where you work, designed to support balance in all aspects of life.
· Access to concerts, events, and other entertainment perks.
· A diverse, equitable workplace where every voice matters.
· Comprehensive benefits, from volunteer days to wellness programs and mental health support.
