In the role of Adviser Support, you will join our Canberra team to work with Australia’s most successful families, corporates and for‑purpose organisations to help protect and grow their wealth and realise their legacies.
You’ll make an impact each day by:
- Strengthen client relationships through exceptional communication, meaningful engagement, and deep rapport‑building.
- Support advisers by applying critical thinking and contributing to portfolio insights, investment analysis, and strategic recommendations for high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients.
- Safeguard the business by proactively managing risk and ensuring full compliance across investment‑related activities.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the advice and operations teams to maintain smooth workflows and optimise processes.
- Act as the central point of coordination by managing schedules, streamlining activities, and keeping everything running efficiently.
You’ll bring to this role:
- A strong interest in investments, portfolio construction, and market strategy, with relevant education or experience (finance, economics, accounting, or investment-related fields) advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in Wealth Management, including administrative support, governance, and familiarity with investment processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated client‑service ethic.
- High accuracy, accountability, and efficiency, with the ability to plan, prioritise and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word), strong rapport‑building skills, and ideally familiarity with JBWere systems, processes, and structure
