Job includes but is not limited to:
Overseeing projects including determining equipment, materials and manpower.
Ensuring orders are made and delivered according to schedule.
Supervise the site and give guidance when needed.
Resolve any problems that may arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with Subcontractors, engineers, key team members & management.
Negotiate with external vendors.
Plan construction operations/programs.
Conduct site checks and monitor progress and quality.
Handle Environment and local community issues.
MUST HAVE:
On Site Experience
Knowledge of Construction materials and equipment
Good communications skills
Able to multitask
