About the Role
- Location: Pakenham, Victoria
- Casual position - days urgently required: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
- Seeking an experienced female mental health support worker
- Provide psychosocial and daily living support to NDIS participants in their homes and the community
- Assist with emotional regulation, community access, routine building, and companionship
- Support participants to maintain independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a female support worker (as per participant’s preference)
- Has previous experience supporting individuals with mental health challenges and psychosocial disabilities
- Has a calm, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach
- Is emotionally mature, patient, and reliable
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Can build strong therapeutic rapport while maintaining professional boundaries
Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current National Police Check
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Relevant experience or qualifications in Mental Health, Disability, Community Services, or related fields preferred

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $35.15 – $42.85 per hour
Licence/Certification:
- Working with Children Check (Preferred)
- NDIS Clearance (Preferred)

- First Aid and CPR (Required)
