We are actively looking for dedicated and compassionate Female Disability Support Workers to offer specialised care and support to individuals with disabilities.
Collaborate with clients to offer:
- Personal Care assistance (Most important)
- Person-centered care to help them achieve their goals
- Support for meaningful community engagement
- Transportation and accompaniment for appointments
- Domestic assistance for home maintenance
Essential Requirements:
- Australian Citizen or permanent resident preferred
- Passionate and driven to assist individuals with disabilities
- Must have experience in cooking meals
- Able to work autonomously with integrity
- Confident, proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support level qualification
- National Police Check
- Working With Children's Check (if applicable)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid CPR
- 2 Doses of Covid-19 Vaccination or Medical Exemption Form
- A current Australian Driver’s License and access to a reliable car (preferable)
