We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our team in Canberra. The role involves providing critical support, assessment, and intervention services to individuals and families in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Provide counselling, advocacy, and crisis intervention.
- Liaise with community services, healthcare providers, and government agencies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (AASW accredited) or equivalent.
- AASW membership or eligibility for membership.
- Minimum one year of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Valid Driver’s Licence and Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration (or ability to obtain).
